Reporting to the Managing Director, the National Sales Manager will be part of the senior management team and be responsible for driving the sales of KRONE products across the UK. You will lead a driven team of Territory Sales Managers delivering exceptional value to our dealerships and customers, developing on-going relationships and helping to push their businesses forward.
Knowing what makes a sales team tick, you’ll be able to identify opportunities through strong analysis of business performance, optimising the sales process and guiding your team to deliver against set objectives. The role will also involve close co-ordination with our marketing and product management team to help further develop the KRONE brand, ensuring we stand out from the competition.
Management of wholegoods margins and inventory levels are an important part of the role, working with the operations team, you will ensure we deliver profitable business whilst exceeding customer expectations. Excellent IT skills are necessary as this role will involve the implementation of mobile technology and online systems.
Experience of forage equipment is an advantage, but not essential as product training can be given, however, experience of the agricultural equipment industry is vital.
We require a strong team player with a high level of autonomy and influence possessing excellent communication skills.
Ideally, you will have proven success of managing a sales team.
