Job – Parts Focused – National Aftersales Manager

Location: Office based – Corby, Northamptonshire


  1. Provide daily support for all parts & technical queries utilising internal PÖTDOC & SAP
  2. Ensure an on time delivery of goods with less than 1% failure rate
  3. Utilise company SAP system to manage parts inventory & oversee warranty issues
  4. Organise haulage of UK machinery stock and demo fleet
  5. Take responsibility for directing the activities of the parts & service departments to achieve financial targets and organisational strategic objectives
  6. Provide supervisory line management of wider Aftersales team
  7. Maintain detailed knowledge of PÖTTINGER product range and have good understanding of competitors and wider market.


  1. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a similar stores, service or warehouse role.
  2. Sound knowledge of the agricultural industry and hands on experience of agricultural equipment.
  3. Strong team player with excellent technical skills.
  4. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  5. Capability to set priorities to ensure the most efficient use of resources.
  6. Previous experience of inventory management and stock control.
