Scot JCB Group launches new division
- Kelso & Lothian Harvesters and A M Phillip Agritech have joined forces to form Scot Agri, a new agricultural brand within The Scot JCB Group
- Scot Agri will provide machinery sales, service and parts from JCB, Massey Ferguson, Valtra, HORSCH, Ktwo, Vicon and more across their six depots in the North East of Scotland and two depots in the Scottish Borders
The roll-out will continue to the current Scot JCB agricultural depots which will be dual-branded with Scot Agri for agriculture products and Scot JCB for construction products.

Following a period of growth and several acquisitions, the time was right to bring all our agricultural branding together under the Scot Agri name.”
The legal structure or ownership has not changed. The different business names were and still are simply trading names of Scot JCB Limited. The legal entity customers are buying from is Scot JCB Limited.
Invoices for agricultural depots will be branded as Scot Agri, so ycustomers should update the supplier record in their systems. The Scot Agri name will also be phased in for agricultural supplies from the rest of the Scot JCB network soon.
All payments for any part of the Scot JCB group should be made to the Scot JCB Limited Barclays account.
The company will continue to trade from its network of 17 depots to offer first class support to all its agricultural, construction and industrial customers.
The Scot JCB, Stewart Plant Sales (SPS) and Scot Industrial Air (SIA) trading names will continue for the construction and industrial business. Together with Scot Agri, these names represent the Scot JCB Group.
