Handler Firm Appoints New Managing Director
Manitou UK has announced the appointment of Garth Bryson as its new Managing Director, effective immediately. Bryson joins the Manitou Group from Finning UK, bringing extensive international experience and a strong track record in leadership across industrial equipment and power systems sectors.
With a career spanning the UK and South Africa, Bryson has held senior leadership roles with significant profit and loss responsibilities. His previous positions include General Manager, Energy & Transportation at Finning (UK) Ltd and Director – UK & Ireland Distribution at Cummins.
Bryson’s expertise covers business restructuring, process optimisation, team leadership, and managing major contractual negotiations. He also brings experience in direct sales to OEMs and dealer network management across sectors including industrial, marine, oil & gas, electric power, rail, automotive, defence, and mining.
