Manufacturer Reports Stable Growth And Strong Innovation Pipeline
Horsch has closed the 2025 financial year with group turnover of €1.08 billion, maintaining revenues above the €1 billion mark for the third consecutive year and delivering moderate growth despite challenging global conditions. The company describes the result as evidence of a resilient business model built on innovation, customer proximity and long-term investment.
According to the company, the key drivers behind performance include practical, field-oriented technologies, close cooperation with sales partners, and continuous development across international markets. Management emphasises financial stability as a foundation for sustained investment in future technologies and production capacity.
With around 3,500 employees worldwide, Horsch continued to expand and modernise its global footprint in 2025. Over the past five years, more than €150 million has been invested in infrastructure, production sites and research and development facilities, strengthening the company’s long-term industrial base.
Innovation remains central
Digitalisation continues to play a central role in product development and internal processes. Horsch states that innovation is consistently driven by real-world farming requirements, ensuring that new machines and systems deliver practical benefits in the field.
At Agritechnica 2025, Horsch presented around 25 new or significantly updated products across its portfolio. Highlights included a revised Pronto 9 DC seeding system, the Leeb 9 LT for crop care applications, and the Maestro 12 TX planting system, which introduces a new machine concept to the market.
In crop protection technology, Horsch Leeb was awarded a DLG silver medal for its BoomControl system. The solution is designed to improve boom guidance accuracy, increasing precision, efficiency and operational safety in spraying applications.
The company also entered the fertiliser application technology segment in 2023 with the Leeb Xeric, building experience in a rapidly developing market area.
International expansion continues
Horsch strengthened its global presence further in 2025 with the opening of the AgTec Centre in Minneapolis, usa. The facility acts as a North American hub for technical training, agronomic knowledge and customer support.
In Brazil, the company continues to expand local production, development and sales structures to better serve regional market demands. In Europe, strong performance was reported in Romania, Poland, Ukraine and the Baltic states, while Germany and France remain core strategic markets.
Outlook
Despite geopolitical uncertainty, supply chain disruption and rising input costs across agriculture, Horsch remains cautiously optimistic. The company notes that higher costs for diesel and fertilisers continue to pressure farm profitability, making efficiency-focused technologies increasingly important.
Management credits employees and partners for maintaining flexibility and commitment in a volatile environment. Looking ahead, Horsch says its strategy will remain focused on innovation, strong partnerships and international development to secure long-term, sustainable growth.
