Agricultural track business consolidates under its own brand
Michelin is consolidating its agricultural track and track-system activities under the Michelin brand following the disposal of its Camso business.
From September 2026, tracks previously sold under the Camso name will be marketed as Michelin Bibtrack. Michelin says the change is purely a brand transition, with no changes currently planned to product design, performance or manufacturing processes.
The move follows Michelin’s sale of the Camso brand, together with compact-line construction bias tyres and construction tracks, to CEAT in September 2025.
Michelin retained the agricultural track business as part of its Beyond Road activities. It says bringing the products under the Michelin name will simplify its brand structure and make its agricultural portfolio easier for customers and partners to navigate.
The Bibtrack name draws on Michelin’s established agricultural branding, with the BIB designation linking the tracks to tyre families including Agribib, Axiobib, Multibib, Yieldbib and Evobib.
Conversion track systems (CTS) and trailed track systems (TTS) will also adopt Michelin branding, although their existing product names will remain unchanged.
The company says agricultural tracks and systems form an important element of its off-road strategy, with applications centred on traction, load distribution, durability and productivity in demanding conditions.
Michelin is also changing the branding of its material-handling activities. Industrial wheels and tyres formerly marketed as Solideal by Camso will become Solideal by Michelin, while Solideal On-Site Service will become Solideal On-Site Service by Michelin.
Michelin says the reorganisation is intended to provide greater consistency across its off-road portfolio while maintainingcontinuity for customers.
The company says the changes will not affect product performance, manufacturing processes or service delivery.
