As an Area Sales Manager, you will be accountable for the daily management of customers throughout your sales territory, developing the agricultural machinery spare parts sales network and building long term business relationships, through offering excellent customer service.
An understanding of the spare parts market is desirable but is not essential, above all you will have the ability to sell and develop business partnerships with Agricultural Dealerships at all levels. This role would be ideal for candidates with parts or whole goods machinery or equipment sales backgrounds or agricultural sales professionals from the farming industry who demonstrate a keen interest in farm machinery.
Candidate requirements:
- Proven agricultural field sales experience
- A technical understanding of farm machinery is desirable but not essential
- Professional and organised approach
- Energetic and highly motivated
- Excellent communication skills at all levels
- Drive and ambition
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service always
- Computer literate
- Full UK driving licence and willing to travel and stay away as required
