Endes joins Interagro to support company expansion in EMEA
Peter Endes will join Interagro as EU Commercial Technical Manager in October 2020. A Hungarian national with extensive experience in the biological crop protection market, his role will focus on developing the UK-based company’s international sales and partnerships.
Prior to taking on this role with Interagro he has spent five years as Technical Sales Manager in Central and Eastern Europe for Kwizda at the New Technologies division of Agro GmbH, a company that specialises in microbiological solutions . Peter’s earlier career included working for Dow Agrosciences in seeds, traits and oils within Central Europe.
Peter has successfully developed lasting sales for the companies he has worked for, and strong partnerships, including creating a ‘healthy’ cooking oil value chain in Hungary, growing seed sales and developing highly effective changes to Kwizda Agro’s marketing and distribution strategy.
Commenting on Peter’s appointment, Emma Ralph, Interagro’s Managing Director said: “Our international business has been growing markedly over recent years and we needed a commercial manager with a strong technical understanding of our products to join the team. Peter has a keen interest in all types of technology and its application, and a deep knowledge of the biological crop protection and nutrition markets.
“We foresee a dramatic increase in the demand for biological and adjuvant innovations both here in Europe, and also in the Middle East and Africa.
“Peter will enable us to give greater focus and drive to our expanding business in Europe and will work closely to develop strategic partnerships with our existing and new customers across the EMEA region. We have been developing relationships in these areas for many years and now Peter will give us the scope to really focus and understand their requirements and allow us to trade much more closely with them. With proven commercial and technical expertise, Peter will give us a strong and professional presence in this growing market.”
