Horizon announce new MD

  • Horizon Agriculture has announced that Ed Perry will be joining them as Managing Director and will be taking on responsibility of managing all aspects of Horizon

Ed joins Horizon from Ernest Doe, where he has worked for just under 9 years and leaves as the General Sales Manager. During this time, Ed developed key leadership skills and a strong knowledge of farming, manufacturing and dealer relationships with both suppliers and farmers.

Ed Perry said, “Whilst Horizon is still a very young business, Horizon is dynamic, with an inspirational founder and a great team of people producing genuinely innovative and industry leading agricultural machinery.”

George Sly commented, “Ed comes with a wealth of experience in the sector, and I am confident he will be a great leader. I will continue to work on fulfilling Horizon’s vision, developing our products and pursuing innovation. Horizon remains a family company, and I will be right by its side for the years to come!””

Ed’s appointment is a testament to the momentum of Horizons growth. Within a short space of time Horizon has established itself as a leader in regenerative agricultural machinery, with an international network of dealers and customers across 26 countries worldwide. This is confirmation of Horizons reputation as a supplier of high performance, industry leading machinery, and is a positive indication for the future of regenerative agriculture.
