Shropshire Appointment Expands Network

Deutz-Fahr UK has strengthened its dealer network with the appointment of Battlefield Machinery as an authorised dealer covering Shropshire and surrounding areas.

The move enhances Deutz-Fahr’s regional coverage and provides customers in the area with access to the manufacturer’s full tractor range, including high-horsepower models above 300hp, reflecting growing demand from larger arable and mixed farming businesses.

Battlefield Machinery, based in Shropshire, supplies agricultural and ground care equipment across the region. The addition of Deutz-Fahr complements its existing machinery portfolio, extending the dealer’s offering from utility tractors through to heavy draft machines suited to modern large-scale operations.

The dealership will provide full sales, parts and service support for the Deutz-Fahr range through its established aftersales infrastructure, ensuring continuity of support for customers investing in the brand.

Richard Evans, managing director of Battlefield Machinery, said the appointment allows the business to meet changing customer requirements in its trading area, particularly where higher-specification tractors are now required.

Deutz-Fahr said the appointment forms part of its wider strategy to strengthen its UK dealer network with partners capable of delivering strong technical support and long-term customer service. UK country manager Graham Barnwell highlighted Battlefield Machinery’s experience and service capability as key factors in the decision.

The Deutz-Fahr tractor range is available immediately from Battlefield Machinery.
