Dealer network strengthened with construction appointment
CASE Construction Equipment has expanded its UK dealer network with the appointment of Hamstead Plant as its new authorised dealer for the West Midlands.
The agreement gives Hamstead Plant responsibility for sales, parts and aftersales support across Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Walsall, Wolverhampton and Worcester, providing customers with access to the full CASE Construction Equipment product range.
The move strengthens CASE’s presence in one of the UK’s busiest construction equipment markets and forms part of the manufacturer’s ongoing investment in its dealer network, with an emphasis on regional customer support and service capability.
Established more than a century ago, Hamstead Plant has built its business supplying construction equipment and support services to contractors, developers and civil engineering businesses throughout the region. The company will now offer CASE machines alongside genuine replacement parts and manufacturer-backed service support.
Valentina Versino, UK and Republic of Ireland Business Director for CASE Construction Equipment, said the appointment would enhance support for customers across the West Midlands.
“We are delighted to welcome Hamstead Plant to the CASE Construction Equipment dealer network. Their strong regional presence and understanding of customer requirements make them an ideal partner to represent the CASE brand. Together we will provide customers with high-quality equipment, genuine CASE parts and responsive aftersales support.”
Joseph Bayton, Managing Director of Hamstead Plant, said joining the CASE dealer network represented an important step for the business.
“The CASE Construction Equipment range complements our commitment to providing customers with reliable equipment and exceptional service. We look forward to supporting existing and new customers across the region with sales, parts and technical support.”
The appointment reflects the continuing importance manufacturers are placing on dealer capability as equipment becomes increasingly sophisticated and customer expectations around uptime and technical support continue to grow. A strong regional dealer network remains central to delivering machine availability, maintenance services and rapid parts supply, particularly for contractors operating on demanding construction projects.
With the addition of Hamstead Plant, CASE Construction Equipment further strengthens its UK distribution network, providing customers in the West Midlands with enhanced local access to the manufacturer’s equipment portfolio and aftersales services.
