Agribusiness 2021 – Creating resilient and sustainable agri-food supply chains

Agribusiness 2021 will move to an online conference this year to reflect the current working environment. The conference will go live on 11th November, with new digital features included to enhance this event. The programme will be viewable online with a pre-registration requirement to gain full access to all of the content.

The programme covers the challenges of “Creating resilient and sustainable agri-food supply chains”, which has never been more relevant in the current business and political environment. Some of the key issues include the post-COVID working environment, EU Exit and trade deals, sustainability roadmaps, and the use of new agritech.

We have an exciting programme of key speakers including the RT Hon Lord Deben, Chairman of the Committee on Climate Change; Fiona Smith, Professor of International Economic Law; and Nicolas Saphir, the new Chairman of the AHDB. George Eustice, Secretary of State for Agriculture, and Henry Dimbleby, National Food Strategy, have also been invited. The event will be chaired by Caz Graham, known for her work on BBC Countryfile and Farming Today.

“We look forward to delivering a new Agribusiness experience for this year’s delegates,” says John Kelley, Chief Operating Officer for AIC. “We are still covering the most relevant content that will impact on your organisation while making full use of the digital platform.”
