Danish cultivator company Dalbo sold to Persefone
- Dalbo manufacturer of cultivators, rollers and disc harrows has been sold to Persefone
- Persefone is owned by the Italian capital fund Alcedo
- Dalbo will remain independent with production in Denmark
- The acquisition does not affect the Dalbo organisation, which will remain independent with production in Denmark.
Dalbo will become a sister company to Demetra, home of the BreviAgri and AgriMaster brands a company owned by the Alcedo organisation.
There will be no changes to the current Dalbo management and the head office will stay in Denmark. The message to customers is business as usual, their contacts will remain the same in whatever country and there will be no affect on Dalbo’s existing collaboration agreements.
Carsten Jensen, CEO of Dalbo has said he is looking forward to growing the company with the support of the new owner, who has access to significant resources. The new ownership will also give Dalbo the to increase its investments in development, production and digitasation so the company can continue to provide its customers with great products at a competitive price.
