Tanker and spreader manufacturers strengthen presence in the UK and Ireland
- Samson Group announces the appointment of David Bowman as Area Sales Manager in the United Kingdom and Ireland for the Samson and PICHON brands as from August 2023
- With this recruit the Samson Group strengthens its activities in these regions
Based on a farm near Spalding in South Lincolnshire, David will be responsible for supporting the existing Samson and Pichon dealers and developing the market for future growth. Peter Thorn, Group Market Director explains:
“Samson and Pichon have been present in the UK and Ireland for several years with success. We see a big potential and interest shown in our products. We therefore want to prepare our UK customers even better for the future and make sure they are getting the very best advice regarding our technologies. So, to support the great job that our dedicated dealers are already doing, we are now upgrading our presence with David Bowman as a specialist on-site Samson and Pichon Area Sales Manager”.
David Bowman comes with a comprehensive experience within sales of agricultural machinery and distribution. He combines this with a strong agronomic background. During the past years he has had various roles in the industry focusing on maximising efficiencies and how to make the best use of resources and achieve greater productivity in farm businesses.
