De Lacy Executive’s client is a highly successful, progressive and forward thinking machinery company. We seek a Forestry Machinery Sales Manager to head up the sales of their specialist forestry product line in the UK & Ireland.
You will require an ARB/Forestry background, ideally with proven experience selling machinery or equipment into industry. You will be expected to generate and convert you own sales leads whilst developing and maintaining customer relationships.
This role will focus primarily on both b2b and b2c sales and you will be required to manage and support our clients dealers and develop sales within the territory. You must be willing to travel around the region as required.
This is a home based position although, it will require travel throughout the territory and some nights away from home.
The successful candidate with receive full product training.
- Good knowledge of the UK forestry industry
- Previous experience in forestry machinery or equipment sales is highly desirable
- Experienced relationship builder
- Proven sales and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Good time management
- Excellent communication Skills
- Highly motivated
- Full UK driving license
