Woman Agricultural Engineer of the year honoured

Poppy has risen quickly through the ranks at JCB, earning multiple promotions since beginning her journey as an apprentice. Now a Fastrac Product Specialist for JCB Agriculture, she plays a key role in delivering both technical and commercial expertise to customers. Her deep knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for agricultural machinery make her a standout figure in the industry.

Katie Thompson, JC Bamford Excavators also received a high commendation.

Katie is an engineering degree apprentice at JCB and an impressive emerging talent in the field. Her natural curiosity, hands-on approach, and determination to solve real-world challenges make her stand out. Engineering clearly isn’t just a career path for Katie – it’s a calling!
