Agreement made to transfer depots
- Burden’s have signed a Heads of Terms agreement with Russell’s to transfer their Lincolnshire Motors depots at Louth and Brigg to Russell’s
Russell’s are meeting with the staff at Lincolnshire Motors along with New Holland to explain the implications for staff and customers.
Burden’s will now enter a period of due diligence with a completion date anticipated to be in the coming weeks.
The company will provide further updates as progress is made towards completion.
