Grange Machinery extends its dealer network
Grange Machinery has extended its dealer network with the appointment of major dealership MANNS
A family run company based in Holderness, East Yorkshire, Grange Machinery manufactures agricultural machines and wearing parts that offer affordable solutions to farmers across the UK, Europe and as far afield as New Zealand.
The Grange Machinery product range helps lower the cost of crop establishment whilst improving soil structure and efficiency in the field.
Customers invest in Grange machines to enhance and add versatility to their current farming system. Grange machines are highly adaptable and can transform existing systems that may already be on the farm, offering greater flexibility and efficiency.
The range specialises in adaptable low disturbance toolbars and standalone looseners which offer solutions to many cultivation and seeding challenges; Grange Machinery has also recently launched the Strip-Till Preparator, now in full production following successful on-farm trials.
Part of the CLAAS global agricultural machinery business, MANNS has seven depots in East Anglia, Kent and Leicestershire selling the full range of CLAAS machinery plus Horsch’s cultivation and seeding products, among other franchises.
“Grange Machinery is delighted to be working with MANNS,” commented managing director Rhun Jones. “There is an excellent fit between our products and the range offered by MANNS and the company has a strong presence and long-standing reputation in the key arable regions of the country where many of our target customers are located.”
Paul Moss, Sales Director of MANNS commented: “We are looking forward to offering Grange Machinery’s products, which complement our Horsch range perfectly, presenting an ideal solution for farmers and contractors who wish to loosen soil ahead of a cultivator or drill.”
“The combination is sure to be of great interest where farming for the benefit of the land is a goal, and offers us an exciting opportunity in that marketplace.”
“Grange Machinery is a great example of a company that is ‘big enough to matter but small enough to care’, designing its products with the farmer in mind and we are very pleased to be working with Rhun and his team.”
The range will be showcased with CLAAS and Horsch machinery at MANNS forthcoming Geared for Growth demonstration tour from 4th April to 10th May. Visitors can see a 6m Low Disturbance Toolbar (LDT), 4m Low Disturbance loosener (LDL), 4m Close Coupled Toolbar (CCT) and the Strip-Till Preparator in action.
