Sales & Product Support Specialist – Combine Machinery – UK Home-based
A fantastic new career opportunity has arisen for a Sales & Product Support Specialist. This role will suit an experienced agricultural machinery sales/after sales professional or equally, an ambitious graduate agricultural engineer, who is looking to progress their career and gain experience in both a hands-on and commercial role.
De Lacy Executive’s client is a progressive, forward thinking and innovative company. They import and distribute an exclusive range of brands in the UK & Ireland, through their dealer network and direct to end users, offering parts, warranty and sales support.
This is an interesting and varied position. Working closely with the National and Regional Managers you will be given the opportunity to work with end users, the dealer network and manufacturers. You will have full responsibility for your specialist product line, heading up sales, dealer development and training, providing product support and undertaking demonstrations and installations.
Candidate Requirements:
- Possess an in-depth knowledge of agricultural machinery, experience of combine products will be advantageous
- Hands-on with and agricultural engineering background
- Ability to explain technical issues patiently, clearly and logically, by telephone, email and face to face.
- Proven sales experience is highly desirable but is not essential, as full training will be provided
- Able to communicate effectively with people at all levels
Remuneration:
An attractive remuneration package will be on offer, dependent on experience, to include a competitive salary + commission, company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone
