ROI Dealer Network Updates to Strengthen Customer Support
New Holland has announced updates to its Republic of Ireland (ROI) dealer network, aimed at maintaining and enhancing sales and service support for customers across the region. The changes take effect immediately and are designed to reinforce coverage through established main dealers.
Under the revised structure, Murphy Motors will expand its territory to cover the entirety of County Waterford, operating from its Glenmore depot. MC & S Agri Sales will extend southwards to serve the southern area of County Cork, supported by its Bandon and Ballincollig depots. Meanwhile, Colemans Millstreet will expand its reach to cover the northern area of County Cork, with support from its Millstreet and Mallow locations.
David Rapkins, Commercial Business Unit Director for the UK and ROI at New Holland, said the changes represent a positive step forward for the dealer network and reflect the commitment of all involved to delivering strong customer service and local support.
He also acknowledged the contribution of Cavanagh’s of Fermoy, thanking the team for their long-standing service and dedication to the brand over many years.
The updated structure is intended to ensure continuity of service while strengthening regional coverage, with customers continuing to benefit from experienced dealer partners and established local infrastructure. New Holland stated that the adjustments reflect its ongoing focus on improving accessibility, responsiveness and support for farmers and contractors across Ireland.
The company added that its dealer network remains central to its strategy, ensuring that customers receive reliable access to machinery, parts and aftersales service through trusted regional partners.
