Welsh dealer network strengthened
Welsh agricultural machinery dealer T Alun Jones & Son is set to expand its New Holland territory in Southeast Wales, strengthening the manufacturer’s dealer network and customer support across the region.
From July 2026, T Alun Jones & Son will extend its existing New Holland operations into Southeast Wales and will become the exclusive New Holland dealer for the area from July 2027. The dealership will provide customers with sales, service and parts support throughout the transition and beyond.
The move builds on T Alun Jones & Son’s long-standing relationship with New Holland. Established in 1961 and based in Dryslwyn, Carmarthenshire, the family-run business has been an authorised New Holland dealer since 1984 and has developed a strong reputation for machinery expertise and customer service across Wales.
David Rapkins, Commercial Business Unit Director for the UK and Republic of Ireland at New Holland, thanked existing dealer David Evans Agricultural Ltd for its years of service to customers in Southeast Wales and said the priority during the transition would be maintaining continuity of support.
“T Alun Jones & Son has a strong reputation for customer care and technical expertise,” Rapkins said, adding that New Holland was confident the team would continue to deliver the high standards of sales, service and parts support expected by customers.
The territory expansion marks another step in the ongoing development of New Holland’s UK dealer network, with the manufacturer focusing on ensuring strong local representation and after-sales support for farming businesses.
